Born on the 25th of November, 1968 Jillian Noel Hennessy is energetic Canadian performer and actress who has been praised for her significant contributions for American television. Her fame is due to her stellar performances in the American TV series Law & Order where she captivated audiences for three seasons playing prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan in which she played protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy also showed off her acting skills in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. In addition, she created and directed these movies. Hennessy began her acting career in the role of an actress Dead Ringers with her sister. She appeared briefly in Buddy The Buddy Holly Story The Buddy Holly Story at Broadway in the year 1990. It was 1993 when Hennessy left the realm of musicals and into the science-fiction genre, playing Doctor. Marie Lazarus. The following year the biggest breakthrough came when she was cast in NBC's smash drama Law & Order to play District Attorney Assistant Claire Kincaid. She mesmerized audiences in this role for three seasons until her departure in the year 1996. Parker has appeared in films and series such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America in which she was awarded the Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for the best supporting actress. Parker is also the recipient of the 2001 Tony Award for Best Actress for her role in the Broadway show Proof.
