Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963 into a musically inclined family in Newark New Jersey is the daughter of gospel star Cissy Houston as well as John Russell Houston Jr. She's also the cousin of singer Dionne Warwick. When she was a kid she was a singer in the New Hope Baptist Church choir in Newark. When she was fifteen, Houston was singing professionally backing vocals with her mother in Chaka Khan's 1978 song Im Every Woman. It was The Bodyguard of 1992 that was her breakthrough album and made her one of the biggest-selling musicians in recent history. While her movie performance and its soundtrack were not well-received but the Dolly Parton cover I Will Always Love You and the accompanying album topped charts around the globe for several months. It was also in 1993 that she was married to Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition singer who gave her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. Around this time, her well-documented addiction to drugs began. By 1996, she used to use drugs every day.

Dana Bash (also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz) is a CNN anchor and political reporter. The anchor has also created several of the network's Saturday shows such for instance Evans & Novak' Late Edition and Inside Politics.'
