Barber fought Montana De La Rosa on April 23, 2020 and was victorious by an unanimous decision. Barber was then promoted to Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2, 2022, and took on Jessica Eye. It was won in a unanimous vote. The contract she signed with UFC after the fight, but Barber re-signed in later years. Barber beat Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on the 25th of March 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
