Roxanne Modeafferi's UFC 246 fight ended Barber's UFC three-fight winning streak. Roxanne beat Barber in a majority decision. Maycee kept up her bad streak as she suffered loss in a unanimous decision against AlexaGrasso UFC 258. Barber defeated Miranda Maverick via split-decision at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw. Barber won a fight against Montana De La Rosa in UFC Fight Night 205, on the 23rd of April 2022. The match ended in a unanimous win. Barber fought Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on the 2nd of July, 2022. Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill. Barber was victorious in this fight with an the majority vote. Her contract ended with UFC after this fight, but Barber re-signed in later years. Barber triumphed in her most recent fight against Andrea Lee, on March 25th of 2023. The bout took place on UFC Fight Night Vera and Sandhagen.
